Will anyone else be in the venue on our wedding day?

It’s possible, depending on which rooms you have booked. However, if there are other events, we always let other hirers know there is a wedding on, our Lion and Alpaca packages each take a floor of the venue, so you shouldn’t be disturbed.

We will never have two weddings in the venue on the same day.

We can also offer exclusivity of the venue, just ask about our Belwarp (whole venue) package.

Rooms, Layouts & Decorations

You can choose which rooms to use for your day and you’re free to choose the layouts for each room. Table linen is included in all wedding packages. We also have plenty of highchairs.

We’re pretty flexible when it comes to decorations. As long as there are no fireworks or naked flames (i.e. on candelabras) we’re happy bunnies. You can help with decorating, but we love doing it and we’re pretty good at it too, so let us enjoy it and you can carry on with your day.

We have both 6ft round tables for the ground floor, 5ft round tables for the first floor and trestle tables, so we’re confident we can make your vision a reality!

Ceremonies

We’re fully licensed for wedding ceremonies, you just need to arrange your registrar. We recommend contacting the registry offices at either Bradford or Keighley council.

We also welcome ceremony only bookings from Sunday - Friday!

Accessibility

We’re fully accessible, with a street level entrance on Lockwood street and lifts to all floors.

Accommodation

Sadly you can’t sleep at Victoria Hall, but just ask us if you need hotel recommendations within walking distance or further afar.

So what’s next?

When you provisionally book the venue (eep!) we’ll reserve your date for up to two weeks. You can visit anytime, bring along your parent or best friend and ask any other questions. We want you to feel that excited buzz when you know you’ve chosen your wedding venue.

To hold your date and confirm your booking, we ask for a £500 deposit, with the balance of your booking due six weeks prior to your wedding day. You can book however works for you, with us in person or over the phone on 01274 327305.

Suppliers

We pride ourselves on being flexible and making your day as fun as possible; which is why you choose your rooms, your caterers, your decorations… but we’re happy to help where we can.

The only exception is our licensed bar, which must be used for serving alcohol. Our bar is comparably priced with local bars and stocks a full range of brands you love, including our local Saltaire brewed beers and ales. We’ve more info on the bar here!

You’re not obliged to use them, but we’ve put together a list of our lovely local recommended suppliers to get you started. We update it regularly and love working with them all!

Parking

We’re in a great spot for public transport, but we also have access to a car park over the road which can be booked at an additional cost. Just ask us for info.

Wedding Coordinator & Team

We’re a friendly, hard working and professional bunch, plus you have unlimited contact and meetings with our Wedding Coordinator based here at Victoria Hall included in your package. The Wedding Coordinator will be here on your big day along with a team of staff.
