Suppliers

We pride ourselves on being flexible and making your day as fun as possible; which is why you choose your rooms, your caterers, your decorations… but we’re happy to help where we can. The only exception is our licensed bar, which must be used for serving alcohol. Our bar is comparably priced with local bars and stocks a full range of brands you love, including our local Saltaire brewed beers and ales. You’re not obliged to use them, but we’ve put together a list of our lovely local recommended suppliers to get you started. We update it regularly and love working with them all!

Rooms, Layouts & Decorations

You can choose which rooms to use for your day and you’re free to choose the layouts for each room. Table linen is included in all party packages. We also have plenty of highchairs.

We’re pretty flexible when it comes to decorations. As long as there are no fireworks or naked flames (i.e. on candelabras) we’re happy bunnies.

We give you the space to decorate yourself, but we love doing it and we’re pretty good at it too, so if you would like some help with this we can arrange this to be done for you, for a small fee, leaving you to enjoy your day.

We have both 6ft round tables for the ground floor, 5ft round tables for the first floor and trestle tables, so we’re confident we can make your vision a reality!

Parking

We’re in a great spot for public transport, but we also have access to a car park over the road which can be booked at an additional cost. Just ask us for info.

Can you coordinate my party?

We can! We will help you with the planning process & give you all the info you need to make sure your event runs smoothly, however if you would like that extra piece of mind and another set of helping hands we offer a full coordination service for an additional £200.00.

Accessibility

We’re fully accessible, with a street level entrance on Lockwood street and lifts to all floors.

How expensive is your bar?

Our in house bar, The Alpaca Bar, is provided by our lovely bar team and the prices are comparable to local bars (and less expensive than hotel prices!)

Accommodation

Sadly you can’t sleep at Victoria Hall, but just ask us if you need hotel recommendations within walking distance or further afar.

So what’s next?

When you provisionally book the venue we’ll reserve your booking for up to two weeks.

To hold your date and confirm your booking, we ask for a £500 deposit, with the balance of your booking due six weeks prior to your party.
